ISPM-15 Compliance: The 2026 Export Survival Guide

ISPM-15 is the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures that governs wood packaging used in international trade. In 2026, enforcement has tightened across the EU, Australia, and the United States.

Every wood pallet, crate, or dunnage that crosses a border must be either heat-treated (HT) to a core temperature of 56°C for 30 minutes, or fumigated with methyl bromide (MB)—and stamped accordingly.

At DNA Packaging Systems we operate two in-house heat-treatment chambers and provide certification documentation with every export shipment. Zero rejections in the last 18 months.

If you are exporting and your current supplier cannot show you the IPPC stamp register, change supplier.
